Visits, repairs, replacement parts, scaffolding and travel are not included in remote-only plans. Solar Care Plus visits depend on location, access and system size. Subscriptions are not active until agreed and paid.

Prefer a proper annual check?
Not everyone needs a subscription with a visit included. We recommend giving customers the choice: subscribe to remote aftercare, and add an annual service when needed.
A service can include visual checks, cable and equipment condition, inverter fault review, accessible isolation points, performance review and a written findings report. More extensive testing is quoted separately.
