What needs to be completed before registration opens
The final notice must identify the correct legal data controller and contact details; explain the lawful basis and purposes; identify relevant service providers and any international transfers; state a specific retention schedule; explain individual rights and how to complain to the ICO; and be reviewed by Jelvis before publication.
Service terms also need approval before any monitoring, annual service or subscription is offered. No manufacturer account password is requested by this form. The form does not activate monitoring or take payment.
